St. Petersburg Auto Repair

Bought my car into Rapido for a oil change. Apparently a racoon got into my engine. Tearing apart my engine cover and liner. Looked like a bomb went off in there. I can not say enough about Sebastián, What A Awesome mechanic. He cleaned up the mess at no cost. Put the engine cover in a bag for insurance purposes. Showed me what has to be done. Sebastián Thank You Very Much, You made A Terrible Day. Bearable.

Took my wife's car for oil change. As always service was fast and completed as promised. We appreciate the manner in which Sebastian informs us of upcoming needs and his honesty. We also love the coupon book! The team at Rapido is second to none when it comes to communication, professionalism, customer service, and friendliness. Thank you again.

Highly recommend! Rapido quickly followed up on my request and did a great job of diagnosing the issue and walking me through the options. This was my first time using Rapido, but they will be out go to for all auto repair and maintenance going forward.

Expert, efficient, economical service

i went in worried and wondering if they’d be able to diagnose and repair my vehicle (since i normally use the dealership) but they did both! i love the handling and safety of my vehicle so much i just want to keep driving it and driving it and driving it…. my experience great! Roberto was way down to earth and had me comfortable with what was needed and what really wasn’t and then helped me with some finance options…. even got a complimentary service! sharon was real nice too, welcoming and accommodating, amiable demeanor and sebastian was very knowledgeable and patient explaining the work performed. if i need any repairs in the future i will definitely be returning to Rapido and i highly recommend if you’re reading this review that you go ahead and check them out. 💯💪🏾🗣👍🏾👍🏾 (yea, 2 thumbs up!)

I took my Jeep in for suspension repairs Sebastian and the owner Roberto were going to great lengths to get necessary parts ,which were extremely difficult to find. They found them for me and installed them at the exact quoted price,even thought after two weeks locating them at a higher price than the quote Roberto didn’t pass the higher price he had to pay to my repair bill Incredible honest people including quality workmanship Highly recommend them.
