I have been taking my cars to Rapido for many years and i have always found them to be professional , knowledgeable and honest. They will give you an estimate.that is fair,pressure sellers here honest and exactly what your car needs. No upsale or high pressure salesman here. I won't take my car anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone and have.

I just went in for a simple oil change like I do everywhere else but I am surprised by the professional service that they do on their own. They looked for things that were wrong and showed pictures of what they found so you know that they are not just trying to get you to pay for something that doesn’t need fixing. I took my truck to several different places and they were supposed to inspect other things like my differential transmission fluid radiator fluid and etc.. The other places didn’t catch any of my problems which I know they’ve been a problem for a couple months whenever I took it here they found them. I will definitely be going back to them as my go to mechanics. I would highly recommend to give them a try if you are looking for good and thorough mechanics.

Used a first timer coupon and my oil change was 56.00 out the door. They give you a text with all the things you need to keep an eye on for your vehicle. I was placed with Sharon and she was great. Did not take long at all. They have a nice comfy waiting area with water and keurig coffee. When I left I even got a little pack of brownies given to me. Will be back for sure.

I give Rapido a "5 STAR RATING" as they are truly the kind of mechanic that people need for their cars and trucks. We have been taking our vehicles to Rapido for years since they had the business on the north end of 66 Street. They are trustworthy and reliable. I took my Chevy in last week to have an oil change because the dealership couldn't get me in until May 4th. So I called Rapido and got an appointment the same day. I love Sebastian and the employees. They are efficient, honest and reliable. We have referred many of our friends because of their excellent reputation. I wish they had a rating of 10, as that is what I would give them. Thank you for being there for us.

Once again the service was fantastic. I showed up without an appointment to have my wife's car looked at because the left turn signal assembly was broken due to debris on the highway. The Rapido team was professional and helped me immediately. Not only did Sebastian help ensure my wife's car was safe, he went above and beyond to find the part needed. Rather than trying to sell me on replacing the entire front bumper, he figured a way to safely replace only the part needed. I have found the cost of repairs at Rapido fair, never using fear tactics to create urgency when not called for, and performing the work with the highest standards of care. Went in based on a coupon being advertised located in a monthly savings circular which they honored with no problem. Sebastian took REALLY great care of us as my wife's care needed an oil, filter and lube along with front brake pads replaced and also rotors, they did a complete vehicle inspection and analysis before even attempting any work! Also the prices were very competitive with other shops and beat the big national chains, however with the level of service and professionalism we received we will definitely be going back for future services!
