Rapido helped transform a terrible experience into a wonderful one. My cars AC was running hot and after taking it to Pep Boys, I learned that they’d never accurately checked my condenser or compressor. I was able to run the repair through my insurance and the team at Rapido walked me through every step amazing customer service, transparent and helpful communication. Affordable pricing. I have brought both of my cars to Rapido and have had a good experience both times. The price was very fair. Not really a car guy but as far as I can tell the work is good quality as well. The interactions with staff have been positive. I will probably return for future maintenance.

The secretary Sharon was so kind and helpful and the explanations of what was going on with my jeep were spot on. Sebastian explained what I needed to do and the jeep is so happy now! Great job, will use them again for sure. 5 stars rating.
