Went in based on a coupon being advertised located in a monthly savings circular which they honored with no problem. Sebastian took REALLY great care of us as my wife's care needed an oil, filter and lube along with front brake pads replaced and also rotors, they did a complete vehicle inspection and analysis before even attempting any work! Also the prices were very competitive with other shops and beat the big national chains, however with the level of service and professionalism we received we will definitely be going back for future services!

Very friendly, competent& professional service with my car, oil change with synthetic oil & filter replacement. Complete check on the condition of the engine. I would recommend them to anyone!

I use Rapido for everything. They're fair and honest which is rare anymore. I recently had an air bag issue and they found that it was just the connection in the seat. They didn't try to sell me a new air bag or a new seat. They cleaned the connection and it's as good as new. 5 stars EVERY time.

Our car is 10 years old and we try to keep it in good condition. The tubing for the windshield wipers was cracked, unable to clear or clean the window. They were able to locate the parts we needed and give us a price, explaining beforehand the process necessary to do the job. The owner, himself!, went out to a store to find a small piece not included. We were comfortable for an hour or so, waiting in a pleasant room with soft chairs, TV, coffee, hot or cold water, and fairly current magazines. When everything was finished, they topped off all the fluids that were low. The technicians were all certified in their specialties, and the service, in general, was cordial and competent. We are so glad to have found this neighborhood business, knowing that our car will be taken care of in the future by experts.
