The staff is very courteous, respectful. The garage is very clean. A well-run business. I have been looking for a neighborhood auto service since moving from Connecticut; this is it!

Best treatment all around. People are awesome With great customer service. I'm in and out quick which works for my schedule.

I highly recommend this shop for all your repair needs. Sebastian was the best explaining everything that needed to be done and he made sure that my car was safe to go on a planned road trip. Very professional. I found my new shop for all needed car repairs. Keep up the great job.

I have a Ford Escape and someone had rear-ended me, resulting in my back-up sensor not working. I had taken it to a Ford Dealership and they quoted me a price of upwards of $700.00. Also, they said I would have to leave the car for 2 days.Then, through a trusted friend, I heard of Rapido. I went there and Sebastian looked at the car and said that it did not need a sensor......it was only a broken wire. He also said that if I could wait for awhile he could repair it. The total price was under $200.00. At this point I don't even know if the dealership confirmed that it was, indeed, the sensor or just took my word for it and was going to charge for same. I certainly wouldn't have known the difference. BEWARD OF DEALERSHIPS !!! I highly recommend Rapido Auto Repair and they give you a $15.00 credit for referrals.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Rapido. It was recommended to me by a friend. I was/am tired of going to the dealer and being over charged. Someone had rear-ended me & my back-up sensor was no longer working. I had taken it to the Ford dealership and they gave me a quote of close to $900 and said I had to leave the car. Sebastian looked at it and told me that the sensors DID NOT need to be replaced. It was only a torn wire. He asked if I could wait and he would have it repaired. Not only that..... the total was under $200.00. Honest and dependable. I feel so lucky to have found this shop. Now....wouldn't go anywhere else.

I got an oil change. I feel I got ripped off. I was told that my VW Tiguan needed a special oil filter and it costs more. I was charged $24 more . Why? The oil filter should be included. But they charged me $24 more for a filter that cost $8. That's a RIP off. If I had the time I would have gone somewhere else, but I was leaving in the morning to drive across the country. Anyway $85 for an oil change is really ridiculous. The the VW dealer only wanted $49.95, but had no appointments available.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic! My car had been driving funky for a while and one day on the road my breaks almost stopped working completely. I was extremely close to hitting the car in front of me and scared. I called every close shop and it was the afternoon on a Saturday and no one would help me. I called Rapido and a friendly voice named Sebastian was on the other line. He was so kind and listened to my issues and assured me if I drop the car off he could take a look at it and since it was almost closing time he would accept it and let me know what was going on in the morning. I left the car there and he called me early and let me know what issues were going on. I have a car max repair insurance on my car and this was a verified shop from them and he went through with me everything that we could fix and take care of now so that I get the best bang out of my buck before my repair plan expires (it was just about to). We talked prices and he was completely understanding of what I could and couldn’t do and never pressured me, guilted me, or tried to take advantage of me not knowing about cars and I appreciate that so much because that’s the last thing you need when your car is broken down and you’re stressed. He really seemed like he cared and asked me multiple times if I had a rental car and that he could help connect me with my insurance to get me one. It took three days to fix all the issues with my car and once I got it, it ran like a dream! Thank you so much Sebastian and Rapdio Repair! I recommend you to everyone and I will definitely be returning for any issue I might run into.
