Very lovely people who get their job done ! My a/c was broken and it was hell driving around with the windows open.. Sebastian was extremely helpful and he fixed the a/c very quickly. Very professional bunch! Will recommend to others 🙂

Can't express how lucky I am to have stopped here for my synthetic oil change 3 weeks ago. So friendly and professional. Came back following week for rear brakes and today was front brakes and rotors. I love my car and I want to keep up on the maintenance and that will be done here at RAPIDO. I get a price and know what to expect the day I have an appt. Easy..See you soon for that 60k checkup. Thanks for the ride to and from the mall. You guys rock!

Sebastian always takes good care of my car. Rapido is the only place I take my car for the last 7 years. They are honest and knowledgeable about the work they do. Best part is the warranties they give for work (2 Years parts and labor)and great customer service that Sebastian always gives me. I always recommend them to all my friends and family.

Awesome customer service. Honestly, the place doesn't have much curb appeal but I decided to bring my car here due to the great reviews. I needed some aftermarket caliper covers installed and they were willing to fit me in and at a great price. After talking to Sebastian on the phone I immediately felt comfortable with my car being in their hands. When I pulled up outside, they came out and immediately greeted me. Within three minutes I was sitting in the lounge and my car was up on the rack. I was out less than an hour later, covers installed, oil change and air filter replaced. I will definitely be coming back.

The guys are really nice here. My friend over filed her oil and they immediately helped us with the issue and drained the oil it so we could get back to work quickly while we were on it lunch break.

Sebastian has been taking care of my cars over the years. I trust him so much with my car that I go out of my way to come in when he is at work. I don’t know how this place would work without him there. Always a great experience when I go in when he’s there. Only reason I come to Rapido is because of Sebastian. He explains everything that is needed and stuff that can wait and I never felt pressured to get anything that didn’t need to be replaced. 5 stars and will be coming in like always with my cars. Love this shop. As a single female I always hate the idea of car repairs. They always take time to explain things to me and give me options. Never pressure. I always leave a little more knowledgeable and satisfied. They seem fair, honest and thorough. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a place to take their car.
