I got an oil change. I feel I got ripped off. I was told that my VW Tiguan needed a special oil filter and it costs more. I was charged $24 more . Why? The oil filter should be included. But they charged me $24 more for a filter that cost $8. That's a RIP off. If I had the time I would have gone somewhere else, but I was leaving in the morning to drive across the country. Anyway $85 for an oil change is really ridiculous. The the VW dealer only wanted $49.95, but had no appointments available.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic! My car had been driving funky for a while and one day on the road my breaks almost stopped working completely. I was extremely close to hitting the car in front of me and scared. I called every close shop and it was the afternoon on a Saturday and no one would help me. I called Rapido and a friendly voice named Sebastian was on the other line. He was so kind and listened to my issues and assured me if I drop the car off he could take a look at it and since it was almost closing time he would accept it and let me know what was going on in the morning. I left the car there and he called me early and let me know what issues were going on. I have a car max repair insurance on my car and this was a verified shop from them and he went through with me everything that we could fix and take care of now so that I get the best bang out of my buck before my repair plan expires (it was just about to). We talked prices and he was completely understanding of what I could and couldn’t do and never pressured me, guilted me, or tried to take advantage of me not knowing about cars and I appreciate that so much because that’s the last thing you need when your car is broken down and you’re stressed. He really seemed like he cared and asked me multiple times if I had a rental car and that he could help connect me with my insurance to get me one. It took three days to fix all the issues with my car and once I got it, it ran like a dream! Thank you so much Sebastian and Rapdio Repair! I recommend you to everyone and I will definitely be returning for any issue I might run into.

Work was done very professionally and super fast. Excellent job. Sebastian was great. As far as getting it done quickly and correctly I strongly recommend. However I must say that there prices are DEFINITELY on the high side. I wasn't expecting the quote I received but quality work isn't cheap. Overall I'm satisfied and recommend them for your car
