I was pleased with the quick and efficient way that Rapido serviced my vehicle today. It was a very positive visit. The young man was very nice and provided good service with a smile. I have already referred a friend. I would highly recommend them. I also enjoyed a very clean waiting room.

Sebastian and team once again did a great job performing service on my vehicle. They always keep you updated on services that are recommended without upselling things you dont need. Honest and quick service is why I choose to continue to bring all my vehicles to them.

Excellent in all categories : Customer Service, thorough estimates and description of problems understood by the lay person, updated report with photos, etc. by email, on time with completing repairs, kept replaced parts to show why the work was necessary and after picking up my vehicle, received a final email with completed work detail including names and pictures of employees who service my car. I left Rapido Repair completely satisfied in my 'fixed' auto!!!! Sebastian, manager, runs a top rated shop who is professional and courteous. Honestly, the best experience I have had in dealing with an auto repair service....And I'm not a spring chicken!!!!!

Sebastian was a great help. He explained what my car needed without being the least bit condescending. He even got me on a few upsales by being thorough and clear in his explanations of their benefits. He also explained to me which repairs were not necessary or could be postponed a while longer.
